I have applied and paid 36.13 USD as an application fee but unfortunately you guys even didn’t email or call me back that my application is approved or not. It is so disappointed. At lease please tell the applicant that their application are approve or not approved. It is not professional. I will never apply for your apartment and thank you what you did for me.

I've been living in an affordable studio at Executive House Apartments for about a year now and can definitely recommend this place for anyone considering moving or staying in Harrisburg thanks to the wonderful staff and people living here. Staff - The property manager Jonathan has been extremely helpful when it comes to the leasing process, notifying residents about maintenance, and being responsive in general. The office is closed on weekends, but the staff are always happy to help during the weekdays. Location - As for the area, there are a lot of great restaurants and bars on S 2nd Street for those interested in after work drinks & happy hours. There are also plenty of food options in the next town over in Camp Hill, Lemoyne, and even Mechanicsburg but require a car to get there. For transportation, the Amtrak is only a 2 minute walk away so it's easy to travel home (Northeastern region) and visit family during the holidays. Cons - The only cons I can think of are that it can get pretty noisy at times since the building is located on the main street. Also during the summer, there tends to be a lot of bugs and insects by the front and back entrance, so I'd be weary of that. Other than that, I'd recommend this establishment to any city folk looking for an affordable and well-maintained living space. I like to compare living in the area to be almost like a mini New York City. Thank you Jonathan and the staff for making my stay a pleasant one! :)

Lived here a year and a half and don’t have enough good things to say about this place. The amenities are great and you can’t beat the price. The maintenance people quickly respond to requests and Jonathan is great with answering questions and addressing any issues. 100% recommend!
