No appointment needed. This location is great, they often have an outdoor table setup for quick amazon return dropoffs. Fastest I've experienced anywhere. The woman who owns/operates this place runs it very well. Staff is all nice too.

Why do I have to pay at the UPS if the package is from and going back thru UPS? No other UPS store charges to send packages.

Reason is the store owner charges! Not UPS if you give return pkg back to UPS employees direct in street or in person you wont pay.

Yes. Amazon tells you you can send returns through the UPS store and Kohls as well.

Do I have to paid to drop off a small package a cell phone with the shipping label etc...
