Inside Mitsuwa Ito En has a retail place where you can purchases their brand amongst other items for tea and life style. Matcha is a specialty tea and requires the proper equipment. Those items can be purchased in the store on the left side of the Mitsuwa building. I think the store is called Little Japan...ask for Jenny one of the owners and she'll guide you to the proper items to make drinking Matcha enjoyable.

Limited occupancy - yes, you might end up waiting on a line before you could get in. It was only for about 10 minutes for me this past Sunday (5/31/20). They have shortened business hours: 9:30 am to 6pm daily "until further notice". They also have hours dedicated to elderly & vulnerable individuals, on Saturdays from 8:00am to 9:30am.

Not sure what you mean by kitchen plates exactly. Do you mean like ceramic plates and bowls? If so, I can't say for sure coz I wasn't looking for those things. Hmart might be another place you can look into. In the supermarket, I see plenty of pre-packed sashimi for sale at the fish counter side (far back), and lots of variety of sushi/bento at the cooked food/take out section (far left). Hope it helps.
