If you want your package handled correctly take it elsewhere. They paid no attention to the fact that my Amazon return was for one box and took both boxes under one return so I had to go back to correct their mistake. Had they paid any attention to their job they probably would've noticed but send like they're in a rush to chill. Weren't sorry or apologetic for the mistake rather seemed more disturbed that I came back to correct their mistake so I would get my credit. Drive a few more minutes somewhere else you're better off.

Lenzel and the staff over at this location are one of the most helpful people I’ve dealt with at any UPS store I’ve been too. They def go above an beyond! Today I didn’t have to ship anything but I ran into Lenzel outside of the store and asked if he could assist with jump starting my car… not only did he offer to help but another staff member offered to help with their car if it was unsuccessful. They didn’t have to especially on this super hot day but their customer service is top notch in and outside of that establishment. Thanks again!
