For the most part Yes. The onigiri store next to the bakery does take card and cash. However, if you're strapped for cash there is a Chase ATM by the inquiry desk where you will be charged 3 dollars if you're not affiliated. I normally bring about 40$ for the food court when I come in since you're unable to get cash back at the grocery registers too. Hope this helps!
Some places take cards, but not all places. They have a generic ATM also.
