Not sure what you mean by kitchen plates exactly. Do you mean like ceramic plates and bowls? If so, I can't say for sure coz I wasn't looking for those things. Hmart might be another place you can look into. In the supermarket, I see plenty of pre-packed sashimi for sale at the fish counter side (far back), and lots of variety of sushi/bento at the cooked food/take out section (far left). Hope it helps.
As Mr Hom stated I did not see much dishes there for sale like you would at say Bed Bath and Beyond or IKEA if that's what you mean. For meals there was a very nice selection to choose from. It was my very first time trying Sushi, my son Bradley brought me there. He & his wife go to the mkt often & to eat. Fresh food & very delicious.

Not usually on sale, but they've got dishes to go back in the refrigerated section. No actual sushi bar though.
It's not really a commercial store, so don't expect to buy actual plates or sushi en masse. They have both in adequate amounts for most parties though!

There is a store there that sells that stuff. Not in the grocery itself but in the plaza. I think there is a small selection in mitsuwa itself.
