Put a deposit down and they were supposed to install this year. They kept pushing it further and further back ,then randomly refunded our deposit because they are not coming to our area any more. Poor business practices. The staff is incredibly rude and unfriendly. They also have some of the highest prices around,I have even talked to others about the owner who was the biggest condescending a-hole I ever met and they agreed. Zero customer service skills, it's a wonder they are still in business.And even after all this I came back since I wanted my pool to be done and they robbed me!! They said they don’t do refunds and it’s up to the owner,these people are very unprofessional and very unpredictable.These are scammers and don’t care about anything other than the money,I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody.I highly recommend you find some place else before you’re 1000’s of dollars down and you’re still left with no pool.
