Had our in-ground pool installed in December and has been nothing but headaches. I wish we used another company at this point and did not recommend them to our friends. Spent $70k+ with them and I have continued issues. We had rocks in our bench after installation and they came back, opened our liner removed the rocks and now we have wrinkles in the wall of the bench. We have jets in the pool that needed to be fixed and they told me “that’s normal to have air in the lines” They have to come back and reopen our liner AGAIN. We are having our driveway redone and they drove right on without a care. Didn’t have a care about my water bill based on their mess up. Didn’t have a care about our chemical bill after their mess up. And now I have a brand new pool whose liner was opened twice…. They offered to close the pool tax free …. Very disappointed in the way this was handled.

We worked with Scott last year to renovate our pool and patio - he was excellent. We first contacted him in March 2021 and our pool was up and running before the 4th of July that year. His guys did a beautiful job and were very efficient. Scott made suggestions along the way based on his experience and we were glad we listened to his advice. He also got us the paver material we wanted that was in high demand and only available in limited quantities and he was able hold onto it until the job site was ready. He was very patient with us and always answered my many calls and e-mails with questions/concerns or plan changes promptly. I highly recommend working with swim king and Scott. Everyone comments on how beautiful our pool and patio are when they visit - it’s one of the best features of our house.

I went in to get my water tested and the kid couldn't answer any of my questions, nor could he tell me why each chemical was necessary. Turns out he was trying to sell me $70 worth of various chemicals when all I needed was shock to get the job done. I had to stand there and wait for a manager to process a return because of this. They clearly hire untrained, unskilled kids who aren't able to effectively assist customers. I will gladly drive the extra miles next time to go to Arthur Edwards.

Wow!!! I am blown away by the service at Swim King! In particular all the knowledge Mark was able to provide us! We decided to switch from chlorine to salt water. Mark and his team made the process so easy for us!!! Thank you to swim king for making us very happy customers!
