Our room was clean and big. The pool was very big and warm, and the hot tub was amazing. Breakfast had a large variety of foods, and was delicious. Would come here again

No maid service for multiple day stays . One sticker on check in window said only if asked for. Room needed a better cleaning. However price was half of what holiday inn express wanted.

After driving over 10 hours to get to the hotel, we just wanted to get to our room and rest. We pulled up in the front to unload bags and then move our vehicle. I was driving a pickup truck pulling a trailer. Not much space to park near the front. Nevertheless, went in to get the baggage cart and was met with hostility by the desk clerk Tom. "You need to move your vehicle at once. You're blocking my drive." I said I am about to move it, I just want to unload our bags and my wife will come in with them. "NO, you need to move it now." "And you need to park in the street." I asked what street, off of the property? He said yes. I wasn't parking my new truck and trailer out on the street. Besides, we picked this hotel looking at Goggle maps seeing that there was ample parking in the rear of the hotel for my truck and trailer. Upon returning to the front desk to check-in, his attitude never changed. He was eating so maybe he was upset I interrupted his dinner. This person does NOT need to represent Choice Hotels. Or any other company for that matter. We would never stay here again. This is a poorly managed property if they employ this type of person to greet guests. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. And I didn't park in the street, I parked in the rear like I had planned before our arrival.

Our whole family; including kids stayed here for a night before leaving from the airport. The front desk was unfriendly and short. The whole hotel smelled of pot. I came here with my kids thinking that it was a kid friendly environment and it was far from that. I heard bass all night last night as well. This is my first google review because that is how disappointed in this hotel I truly am.

There is entertainment 24/7 in Madison. It all depends on what you want to do tho.
There are several breweries around here. I recommend Ale Asylum.
Normally you need to be a guest at places. Ask the front desk to get an ok.
I would call and ask to speak with their HR dept or manager.
