We checked in and the first thing we saw was the toilet was visibly dirty from a bowel movement. We instantly called the front desk and they sent someone to clean. We are on day 37 of a road trip and were tired and decided to give them another shot. Then we started looking around and saw there were crumbs on the floor, visible dirt on the cabinets, dozens of dead bugs in the window sill. Our son went to take a shower and all of the towels were wet and dirty. I went to the front desk to complain. They said the manager would come to our room. It took 20 minutes. I explained everything and that it was not acceptable. He never apologized or offered to do anything. When I told him we were ready to leave he said we could! That was the last straw and we left. As we were leaving we could see visible dirt in the hallways. Do not waste your time here! The cleaning conditions are horrible and the customer service is appalling!

I read some previous reviews before our stay and I was somewhat concerned. Had we reserved a bad hotel? Honestly, after our stay, I think we picked a great one. Very affordable, everything we needed. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Our room was much larger than I thought it would be. All common areas and our room were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was not great. Quick grab items. Coffee was good. Price was decent and it wasn't far from Madison. Staff were different, some friendly some not.

Nice place. Easy to get to. Pet friendly. Friendly staff. But didn't sleep well with the loud in room heater and extremely loud water running through the pipes in the next room...so loud would drown TV volume out. Disappointed when you get there and find bar was closed and morning breakfast was a bowl of cereal or a muffin. Covid ... I get it but other places I have stayed at recently offer full continental breakfast. Stayed 2 nights...got no room service so no clean towels and garbage piled up that I had to take down the all myself and throw out.
