Overall I really enjoyed my stay. I was in Madison for business. This location was close to where I needed to be. The price point here is amazing. The staff was extremely friendly upon checking in and checking out. There is free breakfast in the mornings as well. The mall is close if that is your thing. I consider it to be within walking distance. Not too much night life around here though. I will more than likely book here again on my next stop.This Radisson has strayed me away from my Go-To (Mariott). A smart key would be nice (use my watch or phone as the room key. Marriott and Hilton have this feature). I could not figure out how to navigate their mobile app.

Arrived at the hotel and my first experience was the above exceptional customer service. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and professional. The hotel has a restaurant, a pool, and a jacuzzi, which are all accomodations that I like to look for in a stay. The hotel was very clean, and smelled good. My room was also very clean. The breakfast was simple but had everything I was looking for, eggs, and sausage. I was greeted when entering the breakfast area by a friendly hotel worker. The prices are way below the other hotels in the area. 10/10

I had to plug in the TV in order for it to work, as for some reason it was unplugged. The remote didn't work very well, and I didn't call the front desk for and knew battery. The bathtub water went down very slow it was up to my ankles. Beds were nice, pillows were nice. We were the last room in the building on the first floor.

You get what you pay for, was there for 1 night, it was hard to get sleep when the hallways were loud until 4am, no sound proofing at all in the rooms, the bed sheets were yellow which I assume someone peed on it? Things like that you'd think would be thrown out. Breakfast was included and the only thing enjoyable about the hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless it's the only option.
