We stayed here to break up a 16 hour drive. The hotel was great complete with complementary EV charging, a great pool, and a delicious breakfast. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious.

My wife and I have just stayed 2 nights here. Wonderful service, and excellent by Holiday Inn Express standards. Very comfortable room + facilities. Their free hotel shuttle service was very helpful. Would particularly commend Garry, Dominique + Joe on the shuttle. Also Christopher + Antoyne on the front desk. Very welcoming attitude, and all wonderfully proactive. We'll be back in Madison, as this short trip was a teaser. Much more to see.

Underwhelming given all the positive reviews. Sterile decor in public areas. Room smelled like a locker room and was a bit beat up, plus the suite was hardly larger than a standard room. Pool and gym were awesome, and breakfast had lots of choice. Service was friendly but slow. Overall average experience.

You can hear highway noise. Curtains don't close completely and are a little short, so you have light coming into the room all night. Other than that it's fine. The room was clean and the people that work there a very nice.
