Beautiful facility, we had a great view of the lake. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Valet service was reasonably priced, and they were very accommodating to bring the car back up when we forgot a couple things in the car. Oversized shower was a nice perk. Dinner at the Boathouse was good, our server was excellent.

Great service from all the staff and great rooms. Was a little confusing navigating the parking structure and underground tunnels between the two towers. I think almost every room has an incredible view of the lake but if shirtless frat guys playing beer pong at all hours of the day and night is your thing then be sure to ask for a room in Langdon which is right at eye level with several fraternity houses. That said, the soundproofing in the room is definitely adequate!

This hotel has given me nothing short of great service. I travel often and it was a pleasure staying here. Unfortunately, I was not able to use the spa services because the nail technician left for the day. I then made my way to the bar. Janie was so pleasant. Kevin was the best mixologist. I called guest services and Myron was so eager to help. Great people working here. Thank you for making it a wonderful experience at The Edgewater!

We were really looking forward to our stay at the Edgewater Hotel, but sadly, we were very disappointed by our stay. Even though our multiple visits to their restaurants and bars have always been disappointing (there's just not many on-the-water options in Madison, which is why we always return to their gorgeous location) due to poor/slow service and extremely high prices for sub-par food and service, we had high hopes for the hotel stay. While the hotel is gorgeous, it's the lack of customer service and attention to detail that disappointed us. We had our Do Not Disturb sign on our door as we were in desperate need of sleeping in. At 8AM on a Sunday, a cleaning staff person knocked and walked into our room - even though we had Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The front desk was unsympathetic about it. Our room service breakfast was terrible for a "luxury" hotel. The coffee was so weak it was undrinkable. The bagel and packaged cream cheese were fine, but the fruit salad was defrosted frozen fruit. The creamer was individual shelf-stable creamers, not real cream in a creamer service. Just so disappointing for a $30 breakfast, that should have been free since we were woken up unnecessarily. The rooms were nicely appointed, but the bathroom is poorly lit making it difficult to get ready/do make-up, etc. There isn't anywhere to hang towels, either. This might seem very nit-picky, but for a $300/night room in Madison, Wisconsin, one would hope to have a more luxurious experience.

You will be treated with full protocol;)
I think you should call the hotel.
They have parking on site for a fee I believe. It's $18 for self and $25 for valet for guests; it's $3/hour visitors to a maximum of $21. Besides that, I believe the closest public parking garage is the State Street Capitol Ramp. It's about 3 1/2 blocks or 7-10 minutes walking.
The Edgewater has an Escalade and a Shuttle for larger groups, 15 minutes from the Airport. It's a full service hotel with Valet so likely a yes but I haven't flown in there. I'd call the Hotel prior to verify if pickup is available for your arrival date/time.
