Literally the best customer service! I’m in the military and had a change in my schedule. I had no toiletry with me. McKenzie offered me EVERY available toiletry available. Her kindness was amazing! Plus the rooms very clean, and look like mini apartments! Highly recommend!!!!

I stayed with a group of 15 for four nights and we were very impressed with all the staff—Christine, Claire, Ann, Delores, Andrew, Javier, Nick the Bartenders and cleaning staff. They were friendly, professional, always asked if we needed anything when they saw us, just thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The room was immaculate. Every linen and towel was fresh and pristine. Every item in the room appeared either new or in excellent repair. Dinner was offered until 10 pm. The meal was substantial and the gentleman behind the bar provided excellent service. Negative: Offering a proper breakfast, even if I have to pay for it, would make this hotel a 10/10. Most of the offered items could be found in a truck stop vending machine.

I have stayed at this specific many times for a quarterly event. The rooms on the second floor all have old and very noisy AC/Heat units, the beds are a little soft and the hotel internet is terrible, especially in the conference room, which is really bizarre. The bar food is fairly good although pricey, the lobby area is open and modern with comfortable chairs and the front desk staff, especially Delores, are exceptional.
