Altice is optimum and optimum is altice. They just milking it with optimum. You have to cancel for a few or put in someone's else name or be a new subscriber to get altice instead of optimum.

It shouldn't be a problem as you know the account info, usually if it's just an exchange all they may require is ID, but if you have a copy of the most recent bill that should suffice, although they rarely ask, because they will know if and when you install it.
