Spectrum(Bayside location). Pia was informative, professional, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and her patience was unbelievable/remarkable. All of my concerns and issues were resolved. It was very obvious she is a seasoned employee. Pia is an asset to Spectrum.

I been with Spectrum Cable for 8 years. Sadly now my plan price blew up to $280 dollars a month for internet, home phone and T.V. So much more than I use to pay when I first joined. Stephanie helped look into my account and see what she could do and now I pay $199 a month with more internet and more T.V. Channels than I had before. I’m so grateful for everything Stephanie did. Because of her I pay $972 less a year now. She knows her stuff. Thank you Stephanie !!

Thursday August 25, 2022 visited this Spectrum store met with Stephanie (who acted like she owned the store) and know it all. Also Raymond both with no EFFORT try to help with ironing out the bill. It was a total waste of time I visited Bell Blvd Spectrum Those two people needs to go beyond to help the customers not only to work for a paycheck .

No not to knowledge. I never had to have any appointment. I just showed up and paid my bill within a few minutes.
