Teller staff spends time chatting with people instead of working while other staff does god knows what… May 3 update - even worse, takes 15 minutes to deposit 2 checks at the teller, 3 people standing around to approve them although it’s clear who they are for…

I am so upset with this branch. Beyond irresponsible. I booked an appointment online for this branch, woke up early and traveled all the way here to find that no one showed up to work today at this branch
