Negative: We chose this hotel because it has a pool. We were so disappointed to discover it in unusable condition. The water was very cloudy (you couldn't see through it), and there was a terrible odor.

This hotel management and leadership could use some help. It does have free breakfast (which is mediocre and needs some attention), rooms were clean and nice size. Pool was open, but a little small and could use some attention when it comes to cleanliness and keeping towels available. Staff members were just okay, not involved and a lot of waiting at front desk for someone to appear. Elevator cleanliness needs attention. It’s location is very good for the area and very easy drive into the Cincinnati area from there.

Comfortable, clean and safe. Defenses against COVID are still in place (no maid service). Other hotels have moved past this. Not a big deal, but I was not greated as a IHG Rewards member. Actually, the desk clerk said very little upon check in. Plexiglass still in front of front desk, tables in front of it to create distance.

Had no refrigerator in our king room even though we should have. Called front desk and they said it was removed for service, then why not replace or not give out this room. Ice machine broke on fourth floor as well so had to go to floor below for ice and since I had no fridge had no choice. Breakfast sucks as well not to many choices only had eggs and sausage. No pancakes as machine was ALSO broke…sigh. At least room was clean.
