Terrible hotel walls are broken doors are broken they don’t even have hot water customer service is horrible I went to the soda machine to get me a drink the soda machine was broken I didn’t take my bills so the machine says if you have any problems come inside I went inside and the guy said he can’t do nothing for me to go to sleep that is late what type of customer service is this

No bed bugs , for the most part it's quiet , friendly service , over all I would recommend it as one of the better places to stay

The dirtest place I have ever stayed at only reason I stayed needed sleep the staff was horrible not friendly when I got to my room the bathroom had not been cleaned bugs in fridge if I could give negative stars avoid this place go to motel 6 cheaper cleaner staff very nice

We called the hotel said we were going there and then when we got there the night manager was out and they were rude about it. I wouldn't waste my time getting off the interstate to go here and be aware that if you ever come to Ohio check out time and check in time is 3:00 p.m.
