I loved this hotel! I’ve been homeless for 5 years and this is the best place I’ve ever been. I loved the bed bugs! I ate them for din din 😋💕. Internet was great! My project sekai 3DMV’s were 1 pixel per second. My hotel service was great, they didn’t bring me a single thing to eat, I starved!😽. My stay was great, can’t wait to go tomorrow!

Nice place let me & grandbaby swim in heated pool after it was closed for the night since it was the first time grandbaby ever swam in a pool. No free breakfast any more. Was aloud to have my pit bull stay with me their for free.

1.) I intentionally paid more to book this "hotel" that was out of our way, because it claimed to have an "indoor heated pool". Pool was ice cold. Desk clerk said they were "waiting on Amazon to deliver a part." 2.) There was a roach in the bathroom! Only one, but still! I saw from past reviews that they'd had a bug issue a couple years ago, but more recent reviews were good, so I assumed it was taken care of. I hated being wrong about that. 3.) The staff didn't seem to possess very good communication skills, at least they didn't appear to understand most if what I was saying. 4.) The one ⭐is for the lovely woman who did the housekeeping. What a doll. The desk clerk attempted to look for extra pillows for me, but said there were none. (5.) Pillows were hard as a rock too) Well our sweet housekeeper found us 2. It appeared as though English was not her 1st language either, but that didn't slow HER down! She is just one of those, who is a natural at customer service.Too bad SHE isn't the one running the place!
