Want to first thank Tyler and team for their amazing, professional service. Tyler met with my wife and myself with a full breakdown of the local market including multiple comps in the area. We were looking to sell late mother’s house quickly and Tyler discussed strategy, determined what would be a good listing price and suggested what he thought house would actually sell for. Due to excellent, effective marketing, we received multiple offers within days after the weekend open house and ended up selling the house for well over list price. The escrow company Tyler recommended, Chartwell Escrow was also efficient and professional in handling all aspects of the sale. Overall we give Tyler and team an A+++ and highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell a home!

There are so many great things to say about working with Tyler Rogina to sell our house, but I'll stick to what stands out the most. At NO TIME did Tyler ever seem to be in a hurry to leave in-person meetings or get us off the phone. Selling your house is much more than getting the highest price. He made the time to discuss all of our goals (price, timing, quality of the buyer). He answered all of our endless questions and executed a brilliant strategy to exceed every one of those goals. Even when the formal sales activities were completed, he followed up often to ensure that our move out and transition to the new owners went smoothly. We could not be more satisfied with the process and the results of what was one of the most stressful events of our life.

I want to start by saying, Tyler and his Team, were exceptionally responsive! We were first time home buyers, so needless to say we had a million questions, Tyler was very patient as he answered all of them quickly and efficiently. When we ran into a few hiccups with being a young couple & our offers being turned down, Tyler was right there fighting the good fight for us until our offers started to get accepted. Even when we weren’t always on our A-game in terms of meeting buyer-milestones, with inspections or Docs, he was right there with a friendly reminder and a resource to meet our deadlines. We were in our new home for the holidays and couldn’t be happier! Thank you again Tyler and team!

@tylerrogina helped us buy our first home! We couldn’t have done it without him. Tyler was extremely helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. He explained everything and every step of the process in detail, and was always willing to answer any questions. His confidence and professionalism in speaking to selling agents and the right people in general helped us feel so comfortable and like we were in really good hands. Highly highly recommend working with Tyler when you buy your home.

Questions & Answers

How many houses should I view before purchasing one?

This all depends on the buyer. Sometimes we have a client tour only one home and it is the one they buy. Others look at 50+ homes prior to finding the right one. We believe it is in the buyers best interest to get familiar with areas and tour as many as they are comfortable with. Seeing homes you do not like is actually a good thing as it helps the buyer establish the criteria they may not have thought of and helps confirm their decision once they find the perfect home. If you find the perfect home out of the gates, most of the time you will have some hesitation because you have not seen what else is out there. So in the end, seeing homes other than the home you purchase is alway recommended but the number of how many really depends on the buyer.

What is the first step in buying a home?

That is a great questions Chanelle and is one we get almost everyday. First and foremost, it is very important for the buyer to speak with a lender to establish what they would qualify for but more importantly, what their comfort level is. When speaking with the lender and going through the pre approval process a buyer will get a clear road map to what they are qualifed for, what amount of money they will need to put for a down payment, what their closing cost will be, and what their expected monthly payment will be. From here the buyer can now establish the ideal price point they are comfortable searching in and can start getting out there and seeing some homes that fit their criteria.
