Ive been coming here since I was a kid. The pizza has always been amazing and to this day I still have it every once in a while. But the last time I went, I think will be my last time. I placed an order over the phone, during a time that wasn't even particularly busy, I'm quoted a 20 minute pick up time. So I stop by the gas station, hang out for a little bit, then after 25 or so minutes head inside to pick up my order. It hadnt even been put in the oven yet. On top of that, when it was finally finished it wasn't even correct. I ordered a pizza with mushrooms, and they made a pepperoni pizza. It took me almost an hour total of wait time to get my order. I was offered no apology, nothing. It's deeply depressing to get this kind of service from a place I've always thought of as a local staple.

Went there on a recommendation. Took home a reaper for kids birthday party. Everyone loved the pizza.

They raised their prices to keep the same ingredients usually the food is good. But last time it just didn't taste good like it usually does. The waitress was nice though great service like always.

First time eating at Pisanello's. Enjoy lunch with family. Very busy at 11:30 Monday morning. Had turkey club sandwich was made on sub bread. Chicken wings were delicious, sweet and sour. Philly cheese was also good. Service was slow. But will try pizza next time. Beautiful old building.
