I have actually had this card since 2007 and have been dealing with their shenanigans for 15 years!! I FINALLY decided to close the account, ESPECIALLY since it's been showing closed on my credit report for the past 4 months. So, Since it's showing as closed... I might as well close it. Right!?! Was on the phone with them for 23 min to try and close it. They tried to persuade me to keep it. I told them I haven't used the card in 2 years...I don't even know where the card is. All of a sudden they can't hear me after 23 min and asked me to call back. Hopefully I'm done with this company. It's been WAY TOO LONG

I have valid criticism of them, which is that their website is frequently down/just not working, but I realized this early on and now make my payments very early, their customer service is not great and it's two months past card expiration and I have yet to receive a new card. Reading other reviews, people apparently sign up for accounts without reading...you can get a card from them without any annual fee, if you sign up for any card with annual or monthly fees YOU are dumb. But I think I will close my account because I no longer need a card with only $500 limit after increasing my credit score.

The people is telling the truth. This banks is committing FRAUD with their clients. Right now, I had a Visa and I am paying on time. Several times they charge me with a lot of fees that they after have to delete because were wrong. They didn't notify their changes in my account done by themselves without notification and without sent you the cards for you can not pay on time. Now, they changed me a visa Nascar reward illegally for A WORSE credit card American Express without they notify me and without I am be agreed. I told them I don't want an American Express that charge one expensive fee and my Bank don't accept, either other places don't accept AMERICANS Express because their terminal are different from VISA and Mastercard which use the same terminals and they protect more the transactions. This bank is giving the WORSE OPTION to his clients forcing them to something they don't want and will charge more expensive fees in their transactions. Legally if they will make a change must be for a similar product and service or better service or product, not worse and mor e if those changes will affect our pockets and they didn't notify us and is affecting our payment, because we signed an agreement with them with a VISA, NO AN AMERICAN EXPRESS. A lawyer told me this bank is acting illegal with their clients. I don't recommend it. We must join and sue this BANK. Because they cheated us and commited FRAUD in their agreements. IT IS A A FRAUD. Es una ESTAFA.

I paid almost all of my balance off and have been on time everytime. On Aug 27 I called them and asked for a balance letter for a mortgage agent. They told me they could only fax it, so I gave them her fax number and they told me it would take 72 hours (Capital One emailed me mine in less than 20 minutes, but I digress) so I waited. On Friday the 2nd of Sept I called back asking what was going on, someone I couldn't really understand told me that it is processing and they need more time. They assured me it would be sent over the weekend, so I waited. Today is Monday the 5th of Sept, I called again asking what was the status of it and they again said it is processing and they need more time. I told her that's ridiculous, they have had enough time. She assured me it would be sent today and also told me my new statement would be available today and I could send that in. Guess what, no fax, and no statement. This us the absolute worst customer service ever, nothing but straight up lies at this point. Once I ever get the letter or a new balance statement I will be canceling this God awful card. Do not get involved with these people.

Yes. I hate that I got this card. Can't wait to get rid if it. I mean they call all times if night all day everyday. It's crazy. I really hate it. Never again & will tell people not to get this card

They make them cut the call and it is not heard well, they try to mislead, it is a bank scam we should report it to the consumer service or a commissioner, it is the same well fargo scam
I'm having a fraud issue with Credit One Bank. The address I have on the letter I received from the fraud dept is PO Box 95516, Las Vegas NV 89193. I hope this helps because I have to contact them myself. Horrible experience.

If you want to contact a representative of that bank. Call the number that appears on the card. And in the menu press 9. I canceled that card. It's a big scam

No Deborah! you cannot make your CreditOne Cred Card payments at CapitalOne bank, they are two separate entities. There are so many people that come to CapitalOne bank on a daily basis to pay their bills, as also with credit pre-approval letters thinking it's the same bank.

To make a payment you have to go to moneygram and use the number of your card that is the same as your account number to download the application and use your debit card if you want to pay

Yes never get threw. They just want u to pay that fee if u do over phone with then.. I really hate this card. Never again
