We called this clinic many times requesting documentation and to no avail. Dr. Huang does not reply to concerns, issues, inquiries. It is almost a month and the Dr. has not provided any documentation to assist his patient in getting their DME O & P

Don't waste your time with this place. 1hr hold times for the call center, nobody picks up the phone. This site used to be HIP location back in the days and was much better. They are just bank robbers to just take your insurance money. Go somewhere else they are just using the Montifore name but they are horrible with service both the hospital on Gunhill along with all their medical centers. Also they are always getting sued so that tells you a lot.
