Absolutely not professional call-center staff . My mom was forced to call-out due to a family bereavement. The operator Blumi ( wrong spelling) gives us a nasty attitude, she is not giving a chance to speak, refused to take a msg stating that her Director told her that she should not. The replacement Coordinator was upset that my Mom calling out. And told us ” listen to me why are you call now” also with attitude. and started to give me the Coordinator's schedule. Dear Coordinator Marina if u don't know ur job or lazy to do it THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM!!! THEY REFUSED TO TRANSFER TO SUPERVISORS OR MANAGEMENT. DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE! IRINA, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Yo Li they stop giving that out a long time ago. They cut back so much that I heard that the non Jewish clients are leaving and I'm so glad to be out of there
