😔sigh I’m a bit heart broken after my niece experience today. I don’t expect things to be perfect but as a pediatric center working with children there should be a warm and welcoming environment. Nurses administering shots should show their love/care for children and communicate in a friendly voice. But walking in the room without saying a word and just poking a 4 year old twice with a dull face and just not showing a care in the world says a lot🥺 I mean not a word was said from the point of entry to the end😔customer service is important and staff should try harder at it.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Made an appointment for my son regarding Bone Age. Had to take day off work and take an Uber to find out once we got there that the X-ray Machine hasn’t been working for several days. Receptionist response was oops I should of called and let you know before your appointment. This type of service is disgrace and is unacceptable. Not only do they not deserve business but they shouldn’t even be operational with that type of ignorance. Typical unprofessional “doctors office”. Absolutely terrible. Would never advise anyone this location or doctor. Waste of time and money. Absolute trash!!!!

The call center is incredibly incompetent!!! They Scheduled my child appointment one month further in advance of my actual request. When I call them they are not able to help in any way. Unable to transfer to any manger. They will put you on hold forver. The call center is not even located in the United states, so you'll be stuck talking to someone that has no other resources, but just entering information. Even that they can't do it right. Please have a call center in the United states or at least have the office location takes some of the calls that the call center can't do. John,Susan,Emma call reps you all are very unprofessional and not very helpful. All of you just keep putting me on hold and putting me in the call loop. I hope you get the day you deserve. With this horrible experience I highly asked that the calls are answered in the doctor's office or locally in the United States.

I did not get the warm greetings as the morning staff, the front desk was great, but that is where it stopped, the call nurse was rude and not communicating, I wanted an appointment for my sick daughter with a doctor and I was handled by a doctor's assistant, my insurance is paying top dollar , and I got minimum service, not pleased with service, they gave me a prescription that was out of stock , we called the next day and was told to use an over the counter medicine?? Why , I got no explanation, very poor service PA. After hours care is not appropriate it should be called we don't care service!

They are the most HORRIBLE doctors office!
It took them 1 hour today. The advice I got was to try and get an appointment immediately after opening in the am or after lunch.
Mhm! They have a lab over there and you’ll get your results very soon. The doctors are gentle and caring, not to mention soothing so you don’t feel scared.
