The lady Erika has a bad attitude and treat people bad and rude. The only good person there is the manager sintia she is a very good worker and treats people nice.

I was on the phone with a rep (Erica) all of 60 seconds and they were incredibly rude. I'm helping a family member look for housing and this brief interaction was enough for me to leave review. I can only imagine what it's like to live here if a mere inquiry warranted such nasty service.

No appointment necessary at times it's a waiting list but come in person and talk to the management team.

No carpet. Smoking restrictions. Washer and dryer inside the units. Plan 8, I do not believe because it is based on Income of Tenants. There are no balconies and no waiting lists.

How much does it cost for a one-bedroom apartment
No waiting list. It's on a first come first serve. You would have to call in to see if there are any availabilities.
I believe it is first and last payment, plus application fee was $85 per adult, no efficiency. Actually, 1bedroom $848 +$50/washer/dryer 2/$1,021 +$50, 3/$1,182+ $50, 4/$1,321 +$50. Washer and dryer optional but can't bring your own.
