Absolutely worst customer service experience or treatment I’ve ever received. Do not go here. I have already contacted corporate regarding my experience but reading the other reviews, they all sound exactly like my experience and I wonder how these workers haven’t been fired.

Yeah your right he did not answer the question. It's not a political debate. She just wanted to know when they are closed. The mall and everything in it is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Other than that they close sometimes for really bad weather.... Like lots of snow. That's the actual answer to your question... Lol. 😉
