Just go there during the week they are open someone wiil help there is a very nice man at the front desk who will make sure your taken care of they are open about 9am Mon-Fri

The number is (917) 492-1019. Just a heads up, they're very hard to contact by phone. I've been trying to contact them over a week now. The homebase locations throughout the five boroughs are closed due to COVID-19. However, if you contact them by phone and by some chance you get to leave a message, do so. Do this as often as you can, until you speak to someone. Don't give up.
