You can just show up don't need a vaccine card if you have city state or any ID with proof of zip code that's all you need but get there early you open at 9:00 the line starts forming at 5:00 a.m. that's what I do every Thursday if I get there later than 7:00 I don't even bother the good stuff goes early

I'm pretty sure they will accept any food donations. You can also try the salvation army on broad street. They might accept food donations too.
There are other locations. Look it up on goggle. If you can't reach the one on Bay Street. Whoever you speak to. Tell them you want to give some donations. That you've been trying to reach the one on 514 Bay Street. They tell you what to do.

Depends on food pantry. Project Hospitality offer free pantry for all customers. Others usually ask just to show them Benefit card (Medicaid, cash card..a lot of different names) nobody checking nothing on it. Just show and you are eligible
