I called to find out LSA Pantry Hours and no answered so I went ahead. (even though I am a member I am 66 yrs old and memory not the same) I was greeted with rudeness and an aggressive tone by LSA main reception who unfortunately shares my name. "You should know" she snapped at me. "Come on Come on " she gestures and directs me to the exit door. She then rushes her.Coworkers who looked at me apologetically ONE WORD "TRAINING
