I was very pleased with the PT Jay from VNA. He was professional and helpful. I would recommend Jay for PT. Thanks

Stephanie D. has been doing a FABULOUS physical therapy job! Under her guidance, my 88-year-old Mother-in-Law has made dramatic improvement. Highly recommend Stephanie.

WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!!!!!!! In February 2022, my beloved 86 year old mother - Sheila - was admitted to the hospital for 3 weeks, followed by a 6 week stay in a rehab center. Though we were eager to get her home, my whole family – ESPECIALLY my mom – was worried about the transition; she had such great, hands-on care at the rehab center and we were concerned she wouldn’t thrive back at home. Each VNA staff member who was assigned to my mom was INCREDIBLE - - Cynthia (Admin Nurse), Myles (Social Worker), Krupa (Occupational Therapist), Tom (Physical Therapist), Encar (Nurse) and Gilbert (Nurse). Each one was friendly, patient, caring, knowledgeable, responsive and thorough, and we actually looked forward to every visit. Krupa, Tom and Encar, in particular, played critical roles in my mom’s progress - - not only monitoring her vitals, but also implementing exercise routines to keep her bones strong and establishing processes & procedures needed for her to physically navigate thru each day. The VNA was an absolute NECESSITY and we couldn’t have managed without it. Thanks to the VNA, my mom has been up-and-running and doing great ever since!!!

Very Disappointed! The VNA was a company I could rely on but seems that isn't true any longer. I have used their private care department for years when my mother was admitted to the hospital at Barnabas. I called to do so and after waiting well over 48 hours for someone to even call back, was told that I can't have that service unless she is going to get services after she is discharged. If she needed help at home I would do that but she doesn't but given the way covid is I don't want my 97 year old mother who has dementia to feel alone. This woman who I had to talk to was rude telling me that this is a new company and this is how it is done. I have not heard that VNA was taken over by anyone else and how dare she try to milk me for additional service. It felt like a shakedown. I have loved dealing with the vna in the past. I will no longer. I fortunately was able to get Senior Bridge to assist based on a recommendation from Barnabas. I will be sure if I ever need service outside of the hospital setting they will be getting it not Vna private care.
