The level of professionalism is non-existent these people are rude and disgusting and they don't deserve to be a law firm or whatever they claim to be because it's nonsensical that they treat veterans the way they do with such disrespect extremely unbecoming they need to be shut down immediately absolute trash

Everything is over the phone now there is no on-site visiting and certain days you will have contact with an actual person

Yes the Legal Aid Society can help you. But first you must find someone who will handle your case. Make sure to get names of the people you talk to and to put down dates and time. Right now the offices are not open for the public. But you can get in touch with them over the phone. You also tried State Bar attorneys tell them the situation and let them know you wanted attorney that does pro bono work. You will be talking to a lot of different attorneys so do your best to remember names and answers that they give you.
