There are no words to express my gratitude for all of Alicia's help and compassion in helping treat a loved one who needs help but also guiding our family and helping us cope as well. She is professional and truly an expert on addiction, but shows so much kindness and compassion as well. She truly is an angel.

What a scam she recommended some place that was a “rehab” out of state which my family and I thought she been there before and seen the place which she haven’t and turned out to be some random guy who is not even licensed to be a counselor or run a facility, he just had some random house in middle of no where (it was legit a 4 bedroom house that this guy put bunkbeds in so he could house 8-10 people)that He brought in recovering addicts to detox and get better but there was no medical staff on site at this place so if someone had a heart attack or any medical issue there’s no one to aid to your assistance and the nearest hospital was a hour away. And the “ counselors” which again were not licensed which just turned out to be his friends that were “in recovery”. And when the “counselors” shifts end there is no staff on site or staying in this house after hours/at night the recovering addicts had free reign to come and go and do as they please at night so at night locals of this town who were residents there would bring in there friends to hangout and some of them would even get drunk and high at night in this place. This place was a legit Flop house.when we try to get in touch with her to talk to Alicia no answer. While there at this “rehab” she sent some other recovering addict from New York down there and sane guy went through same experience.luckily we found a legit place down there that was amazing and we mentioned this fake facility to them and they never even heard of it either. Couple months down the line read in the local newspaper of that township that the city that this place was located busted this guy and shut down this place.Reason why I have this posted under some random name and very vague with my description is because I don’t need the world knowing my business of my recovery. Take and use what you please with this information but this lady is a fraud. Because she could send the next person to some random flop house WITH NO MEDICAL STAFF ON SITE if something happens and what they wind up with serious problem or even worst wind up dying . She just some typical Staten Island woman with a sense of entitlement and a big head thinking like she doing gods work saving people and praying on addicts and there families

Alicia was able to give us the guidance and support we needed through a very difficult time. I highly recommend you contact her. We were really at a loss and she pulled us through. She is very knowledgable and truly cares that you or your loved one get the help needed. Her advice as well as her coaching made a huge difference for our situation. Call her today.

Well nobody ever wants to ever think of calling a place like this. But unfortunately life occurs and you are faced with a tragedy and feel hopeless. You reach out to every last possibility you can think of. And a friend finds you an angel truly sent from god to help your nephew. Thank you so much I feel so hopeful now speaking to Alicia. Within minutes she was helping our family. Forever grateful 😘😘😘

Questions & Answers

Do u do detox intake on Saturdays

As far as I personally know, on Saturday and Sunday, intake for detox is done through the emergency room at Staten island university South on Seguine, but only if the patient has benzos or alcohol in their systems. They won't take you through the emergency room for just opiates.

Is this program a inpatient one and do they accept medicaid/fidelis care

This is not an inpatient, she is a wonderful nurse on the island that will assist anyone in need.
