Costco repair center at Inwood, NY 3 guys working on one car, new tire installation, Costco prime focus. I was sent back twice, walk in repair not possible, second attempt 20 min late, I was asked to reschedule and third time, arrived 15 min early but taken in but work started 1.15 min later & took 1.5 hours with one guy out of three on break 3 cars waiting outside. Guys do great job but lots of chatting & no one seems to be in charge. Conclusion: Costco must offer Opt out at the time of installation for free repairs, rotating & balance since they are poorly staffed, very inefficient & harassing customers. What is cheap is not good & what’s good isn’t cheap. You must check for other outlets next time.

terrible service dont want to serve tire warranty, 1000 excuses to delay, several months and still cant order approved tires.

Costco is very competitive on the tire price but the installation team is horrible. I watched from the customer area as my technician went back to the same lug nut 6 times. Each time he spun the nut and it just kept spinning. Finally he tells me my car is ready and I ask him why that lug nut kept spinning. "Oh sometimes the nut gets stripped when we take off the tires, It's okay on 4 lug nuts". Never ever again
