Truly terrible. I know reviewing a government building is the equivalent of yelling into the wind but, it is down right insane that there is no way to pay online or over the phone. It’s 2022. Also I got stuck in the lane after I was cut off. I asked if I could turn around since I didn’t have cash but was told no. I can’t even pay by card I have to get cash and drive an hour both ways to pay 3 dollars!!!! Also I was told when I called that the supervisor (the only person who can handle money) isn’t always there and if not I’d have to wait for him. Why is there even an office? The job could be more efficiently done by a wooden box with a lock on it. I will have to pay this toll because I don’t want late fees to compound but I’m truly and utterly shocked that a state run toll service is still operating on payment methods from almost a century.

THERE MUST BE A SCAM GOING ON. Cash only? Now for stupid $2 I have to buy a money order, find an envelope, buy a stamp, and mail it. All of that for $2 unbelievable garbage.

They don't accept any payments method other than cash. It is really joke. I believe that they think they are not in usa !!! kinda independent republic !
