Dr. Okafor is very nice and confident in his profession. He’s the ONLY reason I returned to this office multiple times. However, I cannot return due to long waiting times both in the waiting room and in the examination room. Today I walked out after being in the waiting room for almost one hour with a 1 year old. Some staff members are nice, but others seem very annoyed. I like the doctor, but dislike the entire process.

y’all need to relocate and get a bigger building because it’s getting to packed inside and there’s a whole pandemic. very risky business. also you serious need to fix your number, everything i try making a call for an appointment it makes a terrible ring and i can mostly never get through to y’all. please invest on getting another number or a website where people can make appointments with no problem

Excellent service, my boys and I love Dr. Sundai. He is a great physician and the staff deals well with my son that does not like shots/blood drawn.
