my granddaughter was seen on a busy sunday evening with an appointment. Angel was so professional and empathetic to my daughters situation. Angel sanitized before and after each patient and followed all covid 19 protocols. we felt safe coming to this office because they don't stuff their waiting room with people and actually keep appointment times.

Horrible experience. The lady seating in the front is very rude. I don’t understand if your not in good mood why do you come in work. Specifically like that kind of job when parents are not feeling good and that kind of misbehaved it’s make more worse.

Brought my 4 kids to this clinic and was refused service because we were not able to scan a stupid QR code to register our children and apparently the registration lady was "TO OVERWHELMED WITH 4 OTHER PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM" Iwill be filing a complaint with the Department of Health and the BBB patient care should never be delayed over paperwork and her rude hostile and unprofessional behavior was absolutely disgusting PM Pediatrics should be ashamed of themselves and the attending on duty just because you all work together on a team and one person behaves inappropriately dosen't mean you have to defend thier actions you should ALL BE FIRED!!!!!!

I will never come back here! I brought my one month old here for a rash twice letting them know it still didn’t go away and she was misdiagnosed BOTH times. I ended up bringing her to the ER where they gave her 2 creams and it cleared up in a day. Because of this unknowledgeable staff I not only have one bill from them but two with a total of $600 and my child suffering longer than she had to.

Yes they take walk ins at all times. And the wait time is not bad at all.
