Dr Alvarado is a good doctor. Everything about the office is ok. Receptionist Melissa is horrible with her attitude. She is unwelcoming and rude. They don't appreciate the patient and the business you bring. Melissa is bad for business she makes you want to change offices.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Never a long wait, doctors are very caring, and make my daughter comfortable. Very clean and they are very accommodating to last minute walk ins when your child is sick.

Not only do they care for my 11 and 13 year olds, but they were wonderful in helping care for a 5year old girl who is a refugee who's family stays with us. The staff is so nice and efficient and I have liked every Dr and Nurse we have seen.
