I couldn’t believe my ear when I called this morning to see if the doctor could see my daughter cause she had a fever , and they said no. Gave me an appointment for Monday lol. And they made sure to tell me they are not testing for covid. So if the school send her home I can’t take her to her pediatric cause they won’t test her or see her. That’s crazy.

I used to love Dr. Samuels office for my children! But these past 3-4 years have been not so great. Now at every appointment I take my children to I find myself always saying Dr. Who?? Or Nurse Practitioner who?? Never see Dr. Samuel anymore. My children are never examined or seen by her, although her name is on their insurance card as their PCP. Love Michelle at the front desk! So polite! But there is also a new young lady there that I believe may be a medical assistant, she calls patient to the examining rooms …I forgot her name but she is nasty and rude on the phone and even more rude in person . Hopefully things change there!

All 4 of my Children have been going to Dr samuel for about a decade shes very attentive very informative. During after hours or weekends even during covid lock down she was always one phone call away one email away attending to my kids needs always recommend her
