PM Pediatric Urgent Care

Poorly managed. Apt was 915 pm, checked in at 730 pm online. Apt was pushed up, arrived in person 8pm. Overbooked working on patients from 6pm. 11 people ahead but would be seen. S/w recept. several times, watched waitlist closely, since we waited in the area. Finally 10:45 two people ahead, we can walk over in a few. 11:15pm. Director Alex Bialik cancelled last 3 appointments! We waited 3 hours with sick children to be seen because we were told we would be seen. Recept. Sara was very pleasant and calm despite this unorganized debacle.

This location always has excuses and tries to push you to the Bayside office. I showed up with my child who was visible sick and a fever but was told to go to Bayside

Turned away with my 3 year old a little before 8pm for not having an appointment. How on earth do you make an appointment for a sudden urgent issue? That's why it is urgent care and not a PCM. Just awful sending away sick children before they even walk in the door. The absolute priority of this place should be hiring more doctors.

This place should have zero stars my daughter has 102 fever and they turn me away cause the doctor isn’t taking no more patients at 9pm
