Great doctor but poorly run practice. They always overbook so you'll be waiting 2 hours even tho you have an appointment. We had to switch because of that. Other than that, he's great. Oh well.

If you’re a mother looking for a pediatric doctor, please rethink on finding such a horrible doctor as Dr. Ortiz. Unfortunately, I had to choose him for first born daughter whom as baby, had medical needs. My daughter,now 16 months old (1yr&4month), throughout months has been suffering from allergies and mild to severe rashes which this horrible doctor never attended to. I asked for an allergy test 5/26/2022, which finally was given per demand due to urgent needs of her care. At the supposed time of received results, the office staff and doctor contacted my husband, though I am the primary person listed AND whom was explicitly listed not to call because he drives for work and can be put at risk! On 7/6/2022 I called to ask for the allergy test myself and after being MOCKED at for requesting them, i got FAKE LAB RESULTS sent to me that indicating my daughter had nothing and When I demanded the original results, I got mocked AGAIN. Finally got the original where it showed the doctor who did the lab results actually requested I be emailed with these results! My daughter turned out to be allergic as we thought and the office had no concern and even lied! I got upset and informed that I will seek someone new for my 16 month old daughter and for my 4 month old newborn son. Come to find out that they took my children off their patient list themselves without informing me before I even got a new doctor. That leaves me with no medical care if anything was to be needed ! As a Mother It’s gradually upsetting with this horrible clinical work, doctor and staff releasing with out my permission or and denied her patient medical chart when asked ! In the end I finally spoke to the head manager Karen whom is also an uneducated careless and rude human being. She had nothing supportive to say about the quality of work that has been given to me and my children and I simply don’t understand if they’re so miserable doing their job, why be front line to care for children and families. Please 🙏 do not give this doctor a chance to put your children at risk! Best regards, A Mother whom cares
