The worst Invisalign experience. I took my son for Invisalign here and the first thing Dr. Grussmark did was file his front upper teeth while I was filling out paperwork, I was never asked or told he was going to file his teeth, as I would have never approved. My son had beautiful front teeth and there was no need to file. I just wanted a moler corrected, which is why we opted for Invisalign because besides the moler he had perfect teeth. At the end of the process my son’s front teeth ended up uneven, when I told Dr. Grussmark they were uneven he ironically told me to take out a magnifying glass. I was so upset at the end of all this that I didn’t event want to do my son’s retainers with Dr. Grussmark and pay him another $900.00 for it. I honestly preferred to go with my youngest son’s dentist, who has been so professional and the experience has been so pleasant, then pay Dr. Grussmark $900.00 more for the retainers. When I took my youngest son to this other dentist, for his Invisalign, the first questions I asked the dentist was, “please do not file his teeth”, and the dentist answered “we never file teeth, you want to conserve as much teeth as possible”. Dr. Grussmark should have never filed my son’s teeth much less without asking for my permission first, as my son was a minor. It took me some time to write this review as it is the first review I have event wrote but I would hate for someone else to go through this experience and have their teeth ruined. I truly believe Dr. Grussmark does not care about his patience.

Some people don't like talking to a therapist and instead opt for an online chat session. This is great because it means they can schedule the appointment during their work or personal time without it interfering with anything else. Dr. Grussmark is very flexible on how you want to reach him.

Dr. Grussmark is definitely the best of the best Orthodontists and see below to find out why I passionately feel this way.. Dr. Grussmark has attained Diamond Plus status, which means that he is ranked in the top 1% of all Orthodontists in the world and this is the highest and most elite designation that a specific orthodontist and orthodontist’s office can achieve. He is the only orthodontist in Dade County that has the Diamond Plus designation and has received Five Stars. Dr. Grussmark also holds 6 US patents, received multiple awards and accolades, and has 3 beautiful and high-tech offices. Dr. Grussmark makes sure that every office has the most up-to-date equipment. He keeps up with the newest and best technology and treatments. The staff are bilingual which is a plus since his offices are in the Miami Dade area. I highly and only recommend Dr. Grussmark, as do all of his patients. If you need and/or want a highly trained and skilled Orthodontist and want only the best, Dr. Grussmark is your doctor. You deserve the best, he is the best, so why settle for anyone less. Ask any of his patients. I was fortunate enough to have found him as he came highly recommended to me and that’s how I became his patient. I have been a patient of Dr. Grussmark since 2003. He is absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate, and so much more. I now live about 7+ hours away, but I continue to see him when needed because I only trust Dr. Grussmark and his amazing staff with my smile. You might wonder why am I still a patient and it’s because I have done things like lose my retainers and needed new ones made. Now I could have gone to a local orthodontist to have new ones made, but I only trust him. That’s how awesome he is. Dr. Grussmark is definitely worth the drive, you won’t be disappointed. Speaking of awesome, Dr. Grussmark and his wonderful staff are always professional, friendly, helpful, courteous, extremely accommodating, and just overall amazing!!!! I could go on, but I think I made my point. I never wait more than a few minutes for my appointments. He and his awesome staff definitely know how to treat their patients and can really multitask. I said that because you might see most of the chairs filled with patients and think to yourself that you are going to have to wait a while, but that’s the farthest thing from the truth. It’s because the patients are having different procedures done either by Dr. Grussmark or by him and his staff. He always evaluates you first, then if necessary, he instructs his highly trained assistants to do what he feels is needed, and then he always reevaluates you before you leave. So everyone in one of his comfortable chairs are being attended to and are not sitting there waiting. Dr. Grussmark ALWAYS makes you feel comfortable, never rushed, he takes his time evaluating his patients, and will ALWAYS take as much time as necessary so you get the treatment that you need. He also ALWAYS makes sure that he answers any and all of your questions, no matter how many questions you have if you have any after the thorough instructions that you were provided, and he ALWAYS takes the time to makes sure you are comfortable before you leave. He also encourages you to call and talk with him if you have any questions or concerns. Dr. Grussmark and/or one of his outstanding staff often call his patients to see how they are doing. If you call and he can’t get to the phone when you call or his staff can’t answer your question(s), then he will always get right back to you. Here is an example of why I said that his offices are extremely accommodating. When I moved far from his office, Dr. Grussmark and his staff have always worked with me to make sure that I could see him, even when I did not give them much notice of when I would be in town. They ALWAYS make time for you!! I could go on and on, but I am pretty sure that I made my point of why not only do I think Dr. Grussmark is the best of the best, I know he is the best!!!!
