I'm tired of our UPS guy delivering my packages to the post office in Green Castle, MO instead of to my house in Green City! If I wanted packages delivered to the post office, I would use my post office address! I dont know if this is laziness or what but I see the UPS guy in my town all the time so I know he comes here. He deliveres stuff to an abandoned house across the street from me all the time so why wont he bring my packages to my house?? My schedule does not mesh with the few short hours that the post office is open!

They provided me with a box and shipping label about 6 months ago and when I came in today, the employee said they they “don’t do that” and that they haven’t for over five years. A bit confused when Amazon works with UPS for textbook return and pays for packaging. Have gotten my packages packaged at UPS for four years and suddenly “they don’t do that.” Now my returns are late and I have to pay for shipping supplies that Amazon has already paid UPS to provide.
