Wish I could give Storage Sense located at 18006 Eastex Freeway Service Rd. Humble TX. 0 stars!!!! The manager Sonya is by far the worst poorly trained manager I’ve ever encountered! Her lack of effort and empathy is pure apathy! Storage Sense took over Extra Storage Space a couple months ago without properly notifying or granting proper access to Extra Storage Space previous clients when trying to gain access to their storage units... There’s been times I went by to make payments or to put things in my unit and couldn’t because of Storage Sense system being down multiple times! Still I never complained..There was also a time I went by to get a few things out and my keys wouldn’t work and they had to literally drill my lock off with a drill which took 2 days!. Then had the audacity to call and tell me two days later I had to purchase a new lock from them because they weren’t affiliated with Extra Space Storage etc…I didn’t get a new lock or keys until a month later when I returned back to Texas from work! It was such an inconvenience but I still didn’t complain! Last Saturday I called about bringing in my payment for March and April because I was behind for March,and Sonya answered the phone,she said I owed $250 plus more because of late fees or new charges etc. which I knew wasn’t true because before I purchased the money order I called the store and Sonya quoted me a price of 537.14 ..When I called last Saturday to make sure someone would actually be there to accept my payment Sonya shockingly rudely told me I needed to stop and get another money order before coming in because my balance was $800.00 plus dollars. I said oh no mam there must be a mistake etc… Her and I exchanged words and the call ended by her hanging up on me mid question! I called back livid… Now here I am 4 days later and I still have yet to resolve the issues I’m having with Storage Sense Humble location… I highly don’t recommend anyone to do business with the Storage Sense Humble location.! Prayerfully the other locations are better established and ran by real professionals!!!..

Very good customer service and all of there units even in the inside of the building is very clean. They also have nice clean restrooms. This was my first time going to a storage that actually had a public restroom
