They are rude and non cooperative. I have asked on several occasions to close the case because Transitional medicaid is not medicaid. I'm ineligible due to my income. Yet I keep having to take off. Tp-07 is temporary assistance for families transitioning into the workforce and does not meet the requirements for medicaid. They lie and give me different stories as to why I as a Texas resident can't close a case that will not benefit ME in 6 months. I'm looking for ways to report this to higher level personal CURRENTLY. As a religious Christian I don't believe in being greedy and don't think they have to right to force something I don't receive. If being a single parent gives them a right to control my life. Heck ima good on the assistance.

Pack a lunch! They send you a letter in the mail with a specific appointment time, but they won't see you until HOURS later. Totally unprofessional and a bad reflection of the State's Attorney General office.

I walked in the office we needed help filling out the form, they lady in the front with an eye patch on her eye was so rude she quickly said “we can’t fill it out for you” which we already knew we had questions & wanted to make sure we filled it out correctly. Then the lady with they eye patch continues to be rude to me & asks me if I’m on the form that my boyfriend is filling out & I told her no she proceeds to tell me “then I don’t need to talk to you, from now on I will only be speaking with him” This office is not professional. Y’all need better front desk employees with a better attitude!!
