We recently purchased our very first camper from RV Dynasty and it was a great experience. Dawn, our salesperson, was very kind and patient with all our questions and concerns on our first and second visits. When we came to pick up the camper the servicemen did a walk thru with us on how to operate everything. He seemed a little new to the process, but if he didn’t know the answer to our question he called over to get help from someone who did. We didn’t purchase the weight distribution hitch from RV Dynasty, since they didn’t carry the Anderson brand we wanted, so they were understandably unable to assist us while we installed it, but they were patient with us during this process and even offered my husband to use a tool he thought he forgot. We just thought everyone went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed, comfortable and not rushed from beginning to end and that is priceless. I have already recommended RV Dynasty to many of my friends. Even if it’s a bit of a drive for us (we live in Indianapolis), it’s been worth it to feel like you aren’t just a number but they really seem to value you as a customer. Although we love our cute camper, I’m sure we will be back for not just for regular maintenance and service but maybe even an upgrade someday! Thanks again, RV Dynasty!

Great place! Staff was friendly from the moment we walked in! Maintenance was very thorough on quickly cleaning and fixing the unit before pick up. We are very happy with our experience and would gladly buy from RV Dynasty again!

Seth was great communicating information with us about the camper and what the buying process looks like. He was flexible with viewing the camper over facetime, considering that we live in a different state. During the tour, he was thorough and explained in detail all the important features of the camper. He was not pushy at all, and really let us take the lead when it came to the buying portion of the process. He made us feel excited for the purchase, and no pressure at all. Great experience. Shopped around once we had identified what RV we wanted and Seth helped us by answering questions. Very informative. Drove 3 hours from KY to Bunker Hill for the best deal and Seth even came in on a holiday to finish our deal. Great inventory and was just an easy experience. Planning trips now and ready to hit the road.
