Shopped around and only purchased the new oven here because I was told they would deliver it on 7/26/22. This was already a stretch because our stove was not working. The tag on the price display said it was estimated to be delivered on 7/23 so should have been skeptical when they were already not doing as advertised. The very next day AFTER they had my money for the oven and 5 year warranty I get an email informing me they are pushing the delivery date to Saturday 7/30. We had to scramble to figure out who could be there to receive it but we had to make it work. Welp, Saturday came and went no word from Home Depot or a delivery truck guy. We had to call them today and were informed that the truck broke down and new delivery date is 8/11/22. I think the worst part is the fact that they seem to be tossing dates out and have no idea if or when it will come. Why can’t I just buy it and take it home from the store??? Waiting for store management to call back and will update on how they resolve but this experience doesn’t give me much hope I will even get a call back! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. If you choose to get something delivered plan on ruining a few days waiting around for the delivery to never come. They subcontract out to delivery companies and they do not communicate at all. Called several times on delivery days wondering where my appliance is. I spent hours on hold over a few days and they want to schedule me again for the third time in a week and a half...I cancelled the order all together and will be buying from a local small business. They would value me and my dollars much more.

Covid practices seem good, they offer masks at entrances and have hand sanitizer through the store.
Call the front desk, customer service and ask them where to go and find out. That's what I would do.....

They also have electric powered by batteries that I understand they have a long run time if using a good sized battery. There in the hand tool section with all the other cordless and corded tools.
They had light weight 5,000 and 6,000 BTU low power consumption models a week ago. Don't know about current stock. These are good enough for a room. And a small delicate Dora could place into a window. 🅿️
