I gave it low rating not because it was a good store or not it's just because there's not really anything in the store that interests me and what is in there is overpriced I can go to Walmart and buy it cheaper and when it comes to buying my clothes and items for the house or my kids I need to save every penny I got so the dollar goes further put on a good note so if you know the right person you can always find somebody to steal it for you and you can buy it for half price I just don't know those people but it's done all the time in Bangor

I have fond memories of school shopping with my grandmother at JCPenny. She was the coupon Queen and they offered tons of coupons and I believe they still do but i could be wrong. They always had the best clothes and all of my friends would compliment my wardrobe. All of that was thanks to my grandmother JC penneys and they're awesome there are awesome coupons.

Shoppers need to come more often here. There's always clearance racks, holiday prices are great in clothing sections. The foundry clothes in men's section are heavy duty and priced fair. Sales on those things are worth watching for.
