We had to sign the documents the day of the sale but everything else was done with Andy by email and phone. Everyone we interacted with the day we picked up was more than helpful and super knowledgeable. Service after the sale has been very impressive too. I’ve had to speak with them several times about documents for Alabama. They did what they promised, when they promised and took it a step further just to be helpful. Jude was very accommodating and opened up all the bunkhouse campers to make it easy to find the style of campers we are interested in. He answered all the questions we had even the question he had to find the answer for. He even recommend us to go to their other lot ten minutes east of the lot.
